Lunch Series

This is a shining opportunity to present your business to the region’s business community. You will be recognized as a leader supporting both the Chamber and its members. Recognition in the packages is not limited to the day of the event. All publicity prior to, during and after the event will recognize your role. Your partnership will strengthen the Parkland Chamber of Commerce allowing us to continue as the proactive leader of business in our area. Year after year the Chamber’s Lunch Series could not be possible without the continued support from the outstanding business community that we have. The Lunch Series is designed to share information and create connections around important community issues. This effective networking forum provides the opportunity to celebrate local success stories and to build a bright future for our community. This series includes our Annual Chamber Appreciation Lunch where Milestone Membership Awards to our members are presented, as well as partnering groups are recognized. Also in this series is the Chamber’s State of the City address and the Annual State of the District. The location for the Lunch Series will be the Watson Art Centre. Lunches run from 11:45am – 1pm. Typically attendance varies between 60-120 people for lunch events.

Lunch Leader | $1500

Recognition across all Lunch Series Events.
Opportunity to showcase your products/services on each table or promotional table.
Thanks and recognition from the podium and slideshow at each Lunch Series event.
2 minute podium time or recorded video at the (1) Chamber Lunch during the year.
(2) Tickets to every lunch event in the 2026 lunch series, use them or gift them!
Display your corporate signage at all lunch events *signage must be provided to the Chamber prior to the event or dropped off at event location prior to it starting.

Community Champion | $400

Receive recognition at (1) Lunch Series event.
All publicity and advertising pertaining to your sponsored event prior to, during and following the event will recognize your company’s contribution. i.e. Website, Chamber Matters (e-newsletter), e-blasts, and any promotional printed material related to your designated series event.
2) Lunch Series tickets for your sponsored lunch.
Display your corporate signage at the designated event *signage must be provided to the Chamber prior to the event or dropped off at event location prior to it starting.

Celebration Night

Bar Sponsor | $400

Your organization could be the real star of the Chamber Celebration Night (March 18th). This exclusive offer allows your organization to be the official Bar Sponsor, you can also provide on-site signage that we can set up prior to the event.

Appetizer Sponsor | $400

Your organization could be the official Appetizer Sponsor at the Chamber Celebration Night (March 18th). Your organization can also provide on-site signage that we can set up prior to the event.

Rise & Grind Coffee Series

$150 | Per Event

Coffee’s on you – pay it forward to your Chamber Community and sponsor a Rise & Grind Coffee Series day. This is an easy sponsorship that has a social media recognition as well as a newsletter recognition.

Breakfast Series

$400 | Per Event

Receive recognition at (1) Breakfast Series event.

Street Fair & Dance

The Parkland Chamber Street Fair & Dance takes place annually in Downtown Dauphin, the Thursday prior to August Long Weekend. Each year features a Kidszone, entertainment series, vendors, shops, food trucks and Beer Gardens. The Street Fair & Dance sees thousands of people throughout the day.

Special Presenting Sponsorship Opportunies are available at contributions of $1000 and over.
